When the Innovation Lab of the University of South New Hampshire established the College of America (CfA), he sought to redesign the university education model taking into account working students. CfA offers an innovative solution to the most pressing cost, access and quality problems in higher education across the United States.

Brian Biddle, Director of CfA Technology, has launched the Associate Degree Program in an amazing 4 months. "We were allowed to do everything we could to do that," Paddle said.

CfA adopted the connected campus concept from its inception, using Salesforce to connect departments of recruitment, student success, marketing and IT. The school also built the Salesforce App Cloud competency-based learning management system (LMS) along with many background business processes. "Everything is invisible to the student. For them, it's just a user experience we have customized," explained Badel.
